Q. Do I qualify for testing? How do I know if I NEED a TEST? have you been exposed to someone who is COVID Positive? Are you showing symptoms?
A. Has it been at least 5 days since you were exposed.
Q. What symptoms do you have now and for how long?
A. Symptoms such as, Fever, coughing, ear ache, sore throat, headache, loss of taste or smell, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, body aches, fatigue, shortness of breathe.
Q. What type of test is performed?
A. Rapid Test (approximately 20 minutes for results)
Q. How is my sample for testing collected?
A. Nasal Swab
Q. How will I get results?
A. Nurse practitioner will come out after test is completed and give you results. SAME DAY RESULTS
Q. Is there an out-of-pocket cost?
A. Currently we accept most all Insurances. Please check with your insurance carrier to see if they will pay. You may have to pay a co-pay or Co-insurance.

Q. Do I need an appointment or can I walk in?
A. Walk in. When you come to the parking lot, there will be paperwork at the front door for NEW PATIENTS only. Fill out and CALL INTO THE CLINIC 731-325-5678. Let receptionist know that paperwork is completed. IF You have been seen here before, just call into office at 731-325-5678 and let receptionist know that you would like to be COVID tested.
Q. How do I prepare for the visit? What do I need to bring with me?
A. Please bring Insurance cards and Drivers License
Q. What if I need to bring my kids or other family members?
A. Everyone will stay in their car until Nurse comes out.
Q. How do I get free COVID-19 testing?
A. Please contact your local Health Department for a free Covid test.
