Q. Do I qualify for testing?
A. if you have been exposed at least 5 days ago or if you are symptomatic
Q. What type of test is performed?
A. We have a rapid antibody test and also a COVID-19 swab
Q. How is my sample for testing collected?
A. Rapid antibody tests are done with a blood draw and a nasal swab for COVID-19
Q. How will I get results?
A. We will call you within 24 hours for the antibody test and 72 business hours for the swabs
Q. Is there an out-of-pocket cost?
A. Check with your individual insurance, most policies cover either test at 100%
Q. Do you take insurance?
A. Yes, all insurances accepted
Q. How much is your self-pay cost?
A. $50.00 for the antibody and the collection fee for the swab is $10.00. The lab we use will bill separate from us.
Q. Do I need an appointment or can I walk in?
A. Both are fine
Q. What do I need to bring with me?
A. New patient paperwork can be printed off the website or paperwork is out front of the double doors as you pull into the parking lot. Bring insurance cards and payment if self pay
Q. How do I prepare for the visit?
A. No prep needed
Q. What if I need to bring my kids or other family members?
A. That is fine, we will bring people in one person at a time into the lab.
